Cancellation Policy

At Celina The Label, your order matters to us — and we do everything we can to ensure it’s processed and shipped out to you as quickly as possible. For this reason, we are unable to accommodate cancellations once an order has been placed.

Why Can’t Orders Be Canceled?

As soon as your order is confirmed, it is automatically forwarded to our fulfillment team for packaging and shipment preparation. This process begins almost immediately to help minimize delays, especially for international deliveries.

Because of this fast-moving system, we cannot intercept or cancel an order once it's been submitted — particularly if it has already been fulfilled or is in transit. At that stage, your package is already with the shipping carrier and en route to your address, making it impossible for us to stop or reroute it.

What If I No Longer Want the Item?

If you’ve changed your mind or no longer wish to receive the item:

  1. Please allow the package to be delivered, and
  2. Submit a return request within 14 days of receiving your order by following our standard return process.
  3. Once we receive your return and verify it meets our eligibility criteria, we’ll process your refund accordingly.

Important Reminders:

We do not cancel orders due to incorrect sizing, change of mind, or delayed delivery — especially after the order has shipped.

Be sure to review your order details carefully, including product selection, size, and shipping address, before completing checkout.

If you made an error in your order, feel free to reach out to our team. While we can’t cancel it, we’ll gladly help guide you through the return process or alternative options like store credit or partial refund solutions (where eligible).
